Bank statement PDF to Excel, with running balances checked
Upload a statement as a PDF, a scan or a phone photo. Aoken Extract rebuilds the transactions table and gives you an Excel or CSV file. When the statement shows debits, credits and balances, it checks each running balance.
Convert a statementWhat you get
- One transactions table, even when it runs over many pages. The header appears once.
- Amounts as numbers Excel can add. Thousands separators and currency signs are removed, and amounts in brackets such as (250.00) become negative. Reference numbers that start with 0 or run longer than 15 digits stay as text, so Excel does not drop the zero or round them.
- Dates as YYYY-MM-DD when the day, month and year are clear. A date like 03/04/2026 that could be read two ways is kept as printed rather than guessed.
- Text copied exactly, including descriptions in other languages. Nothing is translated.
The checks before you download
The preview highlights anything that does not add up, so you check a few cells instead of the whole statement:
- Running balance: when the statement has Debit, Credit and Balance columns, each balance must equal the one before it, minus the debit, plus the credit, to the cent.
- Totals: a row labelled Total must equal the sum of the amounts above it.
- Odd cells: text in a column of amounts, and rows with the wrong number of cells.
Limits and cost
- PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 100 pages and 5 MB per file.

- Your statement and results are deleted within 24 hours and never used to train AI models. Privacy policy.
