Credit card statement PDF to Excel
Upload a card statement as a PDF, a scan or a phone photo. Aoken Extract rebuilds the transactions table so you can sort, filter and sum your spending in Excel, or import the CSV into your bookkeeping.
Convert a statementWhat you get
- Every transaction in one table, even when the list runs over many pages. The header appears once.
- Amounts as numbers Excel can add. Currency signs and thousands separators are removed. Payments and refunds printed with a minus sign or in brackets, such as (45.00), come out negative.
- Dates as YYYY-MM-DD when the day, month and year are clear. Many card statements print dates without the year; those are kept as printed rather than guessed.
- Merchant names copied exactly, in any language. Nothing is translated.
- Other tables too. A summary laid out as a table, such as previous balance, payments and new balance, comes out as a table of its own.
The checks before you download
The preview highlights anything doubtful, so you check a few cells instead of the whole statement:
- Totals: a row labelled Total must equal the sum of the amounts above it.
- Odd cells: text in a column of amounts, and rows with the wrong number of cells.
- Unclear readings, such as a smudged figure on a scan, with a short note.
Statements with Debit, Credit and Balance columns also get each running balance checked. See bank statements.
Limits and cost
- PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 100 pages and 5 MB per file.
- $0.06 to $0.10 per page, from page packs that never expire. A page that fails to convert costs nothing. See pricing.
- Your statement and results are deleted within 24 hours and never used to train AI models. Privacy policy.
