Invoice line items from PDF to Excel
Upload an invoice as a PDF, a scan or a phone photo. Aoken Extract rebuilds its tables, checks the totals against the lines above them and gives you each table as an Excel or CSV file.
Convert an invoiceWhat you get
- The line items table with the invoice's own column names, plus any other real table on it, such as a tax summary. A table that continues on the next page stays one table.
- Quantities, prices and amounts as numbers. Currency signs and codes such as SAR, USD or EUR and thousands separators are removed, so SUM works straight away. Credit notes in brackets become negative.
- Text copied exactly, including product names in other languages. Nothing is translated.
It extracts tables only. Details printed as free text, such as the supplier's address or the invoice number, are not turned into a table.
The checks before you download
The preview highlights anything that does not add up:
- Totals: a row labelled Total must equal the sum of the amounts above it, to the cent.
- Odd cells: text in a column of amounts, and rows with the wrong number of cells.
- Uncertain readings, such as a smudged figure on a scan, come with a short note.
Limits and cost
- PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 100 pages and 5 MB per file.
- $0.06 to $0.10 per page, from page packs that never expire. A page that fails to convert costs nothing. See pricing.
- Your invoices and results are deleted within 24 hours and never used to train AI models. Privacy policy.
